Costs and payment

The applicable tariff is displayed in full before payment.

Binding tariff snapshot

Amount, currency, VAT and the customer and platform shares are stored immutably with the case at payment. Later tariff changes do not alter existing cases.

Secure payment methods

Payment is hosted by an external provider using card or PayPal. P2B Disputes never stores complete card details.

Platform share

Where the tariff provides for a platform share, a supervisor reviews it after substantive case work and includes it in separate platform billing.

Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and the consequences of cancellation follow the tariff version shown at checkout and the published fee schedule.
